Homestarmy Men Online/penalty system

As Game Founder, I believe it is my duty to keep some order in the Wars. This is why, starting April 8, 2005, there will be a penalty system.
The penalty system will follow these rules:
- Penalty points given out for breaking rules:
- Breaking a rule stated in that war's rules - 1 point
- Falsely calling a rule (this only applies to Penalty Moderators) - 1 point
- Showing bad sportsmanship after a penalty point is given - 2-3 points (depending on level of bad sportsmaship)
- Once a player gets 3 penalty points, they are automatically removed from the War.
- Only the Penalty Moderators can give out Penalty points, but if a player is removed from a War and still posts, any player can remove the removed player's posts.

Since Strike got the first penalty point, as an act of fairness, they are a moderator.
