JOSHUA: So let the game begin. Ekul, do you want to draw a card from your deck, move Rather Dashing, or apply your item to someone and then move?

EKUL: I shall embark upon my peasant's quest to the top!

JOSHUA: {rolls some dice} He rolls a four. Not too bad. Move him up any way you like.

EKUL: Allrighty! I've moved so that nobody can wrestle with me.

JOSHUA: Fine. So Dennis Dunjinman, do you want to move Thomas or draw a new card?

DENNIS: Move him up.

JOSHUA: He rolls a two. Put him in his new spot! Hmm... I don't like The Poopsmith's speed stat. I think I'll draw and place a new card. {draws a Perducci card} Okay... I'll place him right next to Thomas.

{He does so.}

JOSHUA: And now Bassium!, same question: move or draw?

BASSIUM!: Draw!

JOSHUA: Very well, but let's wait for Dennis to move Thomas along the board first... {she moves Thomas} Okay, you draw... Strong Mad! Do you want to place him down or save him for later?

Setup Process

JOSHUA: All abooooaaarrdd!!!

BASSIUM!: This might be pretty bad for me... Never played before you know.

JOSHUA: {blinks} That was fast. And don't worry, Bassium!, everyone but me here are first-timers. So... I guess it's time for everyone to draw a card.

• Joshua draws a The Poopsmith card. (Speed: 2)
• Ekul draws a Nunchuck-Gun card. (Item)
• Bassium! draws a Strong Sad card. (Speed: 2)
• Dennis Dunjinman draws a Thomas card. (Speed: 4)

JOSHUA: Since Ekul's card is an item, he draws again.

• Ekul draws a Rather Dashing card. (Speed: 6)

JOSHUA: So the order now is Ekul will move first, Dennis Dunjinman second... and now randomly... I move third and Bassium! moves fourth. Ekul, place your Rather Dashing card somewhere on the bottom row.

EKUL: I'll take the center row!

JOSHUA: Alright. Dennis Dunjinman, your move. Place Thomas somewhere.

SHIM-SHAM-SAM: Okay... sign-up's still open... so I just draw a card? {pause} Anybody? {pause} Hello?

JOSHUA: Sorry, but this room is full. We just hadn't changed the sign yet. {punts Shim-Sham-Sam away}

DENNIS: Left corner.

JOSHUA: And I'll place Poopsmith to the right of Rather Dashing, away from that evil alien. Now go place Strong Sad somewhere, Bassium!.

BASSIUM!: I'll place Strong Sad on the farthest right.

JOSHUA: Placed. Remember guys, you can update the board and stats yourselves. I don't have to do it all.

BASSIUM!: I know I had an edit conflict because I was about to do it, I was learning how.
